Go State!
This weekend was a busy but fun one! Molly, my niece, and Paul came to visit us for a few days. They actually came on Wednesday night. Paul helped Lyle on Thursday and Friday and Molly took care of Jack, which was good because he was a little under the weather but is feeling much better now.
On Saturday, we went tailgating with some friends. We had a great time and I think Jack really enjoyed his first tailgating experience of the season. Jack also liked to play with the other kids. He was a trouper and even got to enjoy the traditional tailgating food. We headed for home at halftime and watched the second half of the game on TV. It was a wonderful game with a great outcome!
Lyle and Paul finally got to work on Jack's room on Sunday. They hung some sheetrock and trimmed out the windows. Hopefully it will be ready for some paint soon. We then all just hung out and watched the Vikings play before Molly and Paul headed home.
Thanks Molly and Paul for coming. We had a great time! Here are some pictures from our weekend.
