or at least he is really beginning to walk now. Today, he walked across our living room by his own choosing. He was just standing by the couch and then decided he wanted to walk to his shoes across the room. He took off and even had to walk around a toy that was in his way! Lyle, I, and grandma and grandpa DeWild were completely baffled and excited for him at the same time. Now I must say that he still prefers crawling over walking but he has definitely made a 'step' in the right direction to walking. He has let go and taken many steps today to different things and I think is beginning to understand that he can actually do it by himself. I'm so proud of my little man :)
