Well our first snow was a doozy!!! In fact, I had two snow days due to the 9-11 inches and blustery wind that came with the snow storm. We lost power during the first night but only for a couple of hours. Luckily they were able to get it back on as there were many people who went without power for much longer than we did.
Here are some pictures from our Front Door. (Notice the snow plastered to the door!) Jack liked to look at the snow but every time I opened the door a little snow fell in. He thought that was funny and would pick it up and throw it at me. He is too much like his daddy :)
Since we were all snowed in, the Barbers came over for some pizza.

Josh, Megan, Keatin, and Will ended up spending the night at our house because they had lost power. It was fun slumber party!

I must admit that these two snow days have been a lot of fun! We are all excited to head back to NW Iowa to spend Christmas with our families! As we would tell Jack...One more sleep!!!
